メルセデスを壁に埋め込んだロシア人

2008年1月23日

Mercedes at HomeOne Russian guy got so glued to his favorite Mercedes car that he couldn’t sell it when it became already too old for him. He ordered to cut it in pieces and mount the full length part of its body to the wall of his apartment before the renovation has started so that to implement it into the new look of his flat.
By the way this model of W140 Mercedes car was extremely popular in mid 90-s in Russia among fast-became-rich guys. It was often mentioned in the funny jokes about new arrived Russian rich guys, so maybe it was also a reason for this strange decision.

This Car Is Not Going AnywhereLazy workmen dug a trench around a parked car after failing to track down its owner.

Contractors working for Thames Water placed warning notices on the windscreen of the silver Volkswagen in Leyton, east London, to alert the owner of the planned works.

But the owner has still failed to remove the car.

As a result, builders were forced to dig up the road around the car, before pushing the vehicle over the gap.

V8 Powered Shopping CartIf you’re gonna ride around in a shopping cart, you might as well put a classic Mopar V8 engine under the hood. Because otherwise you could look like a total douchebag or something.

Film fans build their own TransformerThree Transformers fans in China have taken three months to build their own robot out of a Citroen C2 car.

Sui Lulu, Zhang Yiming and Li Wei, from Nanjing city, have named the 15ft Transformer X2, reports the Jinling Evening Post.

“We are huge Transformers fans, and grew up with them on TV and in comic books. We always wanted to have our own transformer, a real one,” says graphic designer Sui Lulu.

He says they picked the Citroen C2 because it’s small: “We originally wanted to make the figure of Optimus Prime, who is transformed from a truck.

“But we calculated that the final figure would be around seven storeys high, and we couldn’t find room for it. So we went with the Citroen C2.”
